Everyday we get inspired from someone, from newspapers, self-help book and also never underestimate the power of a great inspirational movie, either (Vex King,2018).
Four years ago I watched a movie named “The Devil Wears Prada” was.The movie was really inspiring and it taught me always to stay focused towards the goals without any diversions. It was a 2006 movie and David Frankel directed it. Preparing meeting unprepared can put anybody in quite an embarrassing situation and it has been clearly depicted within the film. A perfect knowledge about the modern corporate practices can be gained from this movie. Proper maintenance of corporate wear and listening carefully to boss requirements are the prominent facts of the corporate world right now and the main character named Andy has carefully highlighted both of them.
The film even speaks more than any job campus unit. Maintaining friendship with good performing co-employees is one of the most important necessities especially when you are trying to make your job secured. Their experiences and recommendations would definitely polish your corporate skills and you will shine like diamonds. The film also says that bringing out some of the best ideas can definitely make your corporate approach much more acceptable and you will automatically come into your boss’s notice. Drawing a perfect line in between personal and professional life is very important in order to survive in the corporate environment. Even if the boss sounds ridiculous at times then also the employees have to deal with that patiently and smartly. It is not always true that happiness can be gained only from amazing jobs and thus you should think in this manner that many applied for the past you are into right now but you are the lucky one who got the chance to have it.
Everyone has an example to follow, a leadership in his or her life. It differs from one to one. The only person that really inspires me and guides me in every step in my life is my Father.
From his life cercus, his talks and his life experiences, he make me realize many important things that made the women I am today .
Nobody can deny that I’m not famous, I still don’t have any work career but at the same time,my father built my confidence and made me proud of who I’m today and ready for all the good and bad life experiences that I’m going to face. He taught me that nothing is impossible and that everything that you think of can happen even after trying millions of times. He always keep telling me that I should forgive my self for every bad decision that I’ve made and always give my self a chance so that I can improve it and be the best that I can be.
For him, being positive is one of the most important things in the world. By always believing, having faith and being positive he reached all his goals. This is the reason why I always try to be positive no matter how bad the situation is.
Self love and confidence is an open door to everyone’s goals. SO I made a small interview with my father.
Hello everyone. Today I am going to talk about the importance of going to events and the importance of networking.
This year, October, I went to a networking event, which was more or less an organized fashion campaign “Ethically Woven: build your brand, Save the World”. The campaign was all about sustainable clothing products that were simply amazing. Those products were not only superbly trendy but were quite high in quality. To be very honest I did not take any kind of preparation, as I just wanted to grab the event moments.
I loved spending that evening as that as full of big shots and wonderful clothes around. In fact, my fashion sense got a huge lift after receiving outstanding vibes from the events.
Moreover, one can’t ignore the positive effects of networking and in these kinds of events one can get the best chance to do it. It cannot only give an opportunity to meet new people but also help in career too. I met a women that is owning a small business about reusing clothes and giving away free clothing in order to make her business known.
In the event, they have showcased sustainable clothing. Sustainable clothes are usually made from eco-friendly materials and these materials are not only nature-friendly but are quite skin-friendly in nature. The clothes are pretty safe to deal with and this is one of the leading reasons that they are so much in craze in the market currently. I found that newly born brands are trying to get engaged with the experienced ones in order to collect some key strategies that have worked behind their success. Fashion is all about creativity and this creativity cannot be understood properly until and unless you are creative in mind. I am a diehard fashion lover and this is why I enjoyed the event to my heart content.
Furthermore in the event I even came to know people whom in the industry and also get acquainted with them, which helps me to grow my network. Also I have a very engaging and interesting session with the fashion pros, asked them a lot of things, which definitely can help me in my career. I find easy to engage with some and difficult to engage with others. The atmosphere was very nice; everyone seemed to be enjoying their drinks and the amazing speech.
Hello everyone, today our topic is about having a professional Instagram. How should a professional Instagram be.
I’m going to show you my Instagram profile and you all going to tell if it is professional or not.
To make the Instagram professional, it has to be organized. Meaning that all pictures must be the same on all the social media account so that you can be recognizable across all the platforms. If for example someone searched for you on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram they know the”real”you. And of a course a picture that show your charisma, your professionalism.
Also, on Instagram you should write and explain your business, what you are doing, why they need you…
Coming to the name, it should be easy so that everyone can find and don’t face any problems while doing the research. You have to put you e-mail address for some business enquires and of course putting the website on your Instagram profile so that people will just click and that’s all.
You should also have a variety of pictures. Try to make a balance between fun and business so that you show the real you in real life and professional one. Share your work experiences, you skills, hobbies and interests.
Pictures must be clear, and it is better if the same setting is used for all the pictures so that we can feel a harmony when we have access to that profile and a want to continue watching.
Instagram is a social network so we have to make sure to take our times in order to write the right words so that we can be connected to others, using multiple hashtags. Also why not creating a conversation with the followers. Ask question in your post and answer in comments, which can be a proof of how you good you are in networking.
Last and not least, I think that having a schedule is the most important thing to organize your posts. If you are going to post photos every hour you could not only sature the feed of your followers but also people will not be interested as you a posting too much. So a schedule is the best solution to organization and engagement.
There are many other recommendations to create a professional profile but in my opinion these are the most important and we can all go back to my Instagram profile and say that it is not professional at all.
In order to have a professional profile, there are some standard methods used to create a good impression.
The first action that should be done is choosing carefully a picture that has to be clear, friendly. A picture that shows your professionalism, energy, charisma. It is really important that people complete everything on their profile and not to leave anything so that everything is clear.
After that, a job title description, so that the company you’re your speciality, what you want and what you are doing.
The summary section is a good opportunity to make people know you, believe you, especially when you write good stuff about yourself and your professional skills and especially be real and true to make them closer. Let them know about your values and passions. Discuss what you do outside of work.
Talk about what you have achieved and how well you did. Describe all your experiences with them and how you will meet the company expectations. You should also write all the work history so people can have an idea about what you did and the number of the years of experience and not to forget of course your studies history what you did and where.
People are irritated from similarities in the styles of everyone everywhere. To attract them you have to be original and creative, and that’s what will make you special and selected from many others. Also, not to forget to put the e-mail address and contact number so that people be able to find you and contact you. A lot of people forget and leave this off.
You should mention if you speak more than one language because it is an addition for you and if you have additional activities for example: volunteering work, hobbies…

Blog 1: Identify any One PESTEL Factor.
The environmental element of the PESTEL framework can be identified in a fashion article about Adidas published by fashionunited.uk. This article explains the partnership between Adidas and Parley Ocean Plastic and the environmental aspect of this partnership. Specifically, the launch of football kits for all 23 Major League Soccer teams created from plastic waste marks a significant environmental initiative by Adidas. This initiative is a major environmental initiative launched by Adidas. The jerseys were created for launch in tandem with Earth Day, and all Major League Soccer teams played wearing the recycled kits. The goal of Adidas was to generate awareness and stimulate action in response to dangerous plastic materials in the ocean. Adidas identified the importance of highlighting this problem to their customers and wider audience, and used fashion as a medium to communicate how harmful plastic can have on marine environments.
The article features a quote from Ernesto Bruce, a senior director of Adidas Soccer, who re-enforces the company’s partnerships. Mr. Bruce says, “We are proud to continue to build upon our collaborative efforts with MLS and Parley for the Oceans to inspire creative solutions for protecting the world’s oceans.” He continues to say, “We believe in the innovative partnership we have forged and hope that these kits made using Parley Ocean Plastic inspire the soccer community to join us in preserving our precious environment.”
The article highlights the commercial benefits that come from Adidas’s environmental approach. All of the jerseys are available for purchase on the Adidas and Major League Soccer online stores. This gives fashion and sports fans the opportunity to show their support for Adidas while also benefiting the environment.
Blog 2: Identify any Political, Economic, Social Factors
A strong economic factor that impacts Adidas in the U.K. is the sale and distribution of counterfeit Adidas goods. These goods damage the Adidas brand due to their lower quality and harm Adidas sales. As reported in Lincolnshire Live, Adidas goods featured prominently among 6,000 items seized in a raid on counterfeit clothing. Another trader from a similar article was also found guilty of trading counterfeitAdidas goods. Counterfeit goods are a strong economic problem for Adidas in the U.K., as sellers can profit from the brand name without investing in the quality products Adidas produce. These articles highlight that counterfeiting Adidas products result in persecution for the seller. Counterfeit goods reduce brand quality and present a serious economic factor for Adidas in the U.K.
Brexit has created uncertainties and political debates. Some analysts believe that Brexit will create a chaos unimaginable, whereas others believe it will open doors to immense opportunities for the country.
A social factor that impacts Adidas is the rise of health-conscious consumers. These consumers demand more healthy experiences and fitness focus from brands they engage with. Social factors are an element of PESTEL that Adidas have addressed in London. Adidas have responded to these fitness focused consumers through launching a pop-up fitness experience in East London. According to an article by Health Club Management U.K., this initiative by Adidas offered women free classes as a way to, “inspire physical activity”. Tis initiative gave Adidas the ability to communicate with a health-conscious audience who see health and fitness as major social factors. This gave the Adidas brand the opportunity to communicate with consumers within the social element of the PESTEL framework.
